Airport transfers will be provided by Official Transportation Provider for international Buyers, Corporate Travel Managers, Media and Speakers between Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the IT&CMA and CTW 2010 Official Hotels.

Please DOWNLOAD the full Airport Transfer Schedule for your reference. Our transportation desk is situated at Level 1, Bangkok Convention Centre during show days.

ARRIVAL TRANSFERS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGERS & MEDIA
Arrival transfers will be provided from 3 - 5 October 2010 for international Buyers, Corporate Travel Managers & Media at the following times below only.

The IT&CMA and CTW 2010 Airport Welcome Desks are located right after the luggage carousels close to Belt Numbers: 10 and 18 (before customs clearance). In the Arrival Hall, please look out for Official Transportation Provider carrying the event signage or the event poster near Gate Number: 9 (pick-up point).

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGERS & MEDIA
Departure transfers will be provided from 7 - 8 October 2010 for international Buyers, Corporate Travel Managers & Media at the following times below only.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION FOR SPEAKERS
Arrival transfers for Speakers will be arranged according to respective flight arrivals. Speakers are advised to look out for World Travel Service staff holding IT&CMA and CTW event logo and their names on placards at their arrival gates.

Departure transfers for Speakers will be arranged according to respective flight departures. Speakers are advised to complete and submit the Airport Transfer Form and return it to the Transportation Desk at the Lobby of Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, by 6 October 2010, 12.00hrs.
