Hosting Programme
IT&CMA and CTW 2005 Hosting Programme will continuously and carefully select serious and quality buyers/travel managers of incentive travel, corporate travel, conventions, meetings and exhibitions from all over the world. The programme is unique for its high percentage of buyers/travel managers from the Asia-Pacific who buy from the world.
The Hosting Programme arranges complimentary flight and/or hotel accommodation for qualified buyers and travel managers. It also arranges for buyers to meet sellers through pre-scheduled and on-site appointments, ensuring that both parties maximise their time during the show and increase their productivity.
Corporate travel managers will be required to visit the exhibition at stipulated times.
IT&CMA and CTW 2005 offer eligible buyers and travel managers a chance to participate in one of the following programmes:
Fully/Semi-Hosted Buyer & Corporate Travel Manager Package
Every year, selected international buyers are invited as Fully/Semi-Hosted Buyers and Corporate Travel Managers. They get to enjoy the following privileges:
- Complimentary return economy class air ticket to/from Host Destination (VALID FOR FULLY-HOSTED BUYERS & CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGERS ONLY)
- Complimentary 4/5 nights’ hotel accommodation during the event
- Buyer / Travel Manager badge to Exhibition
- Pre-scheduled and On-site Appointment sessions with exhibitors (for Buyers)
- Entry to Conference, Seminars & Workshops
- Entry to all Official Events and Functions
- Complimentary airport transfers and local coach transfers from Official/Supporting Hotels to Exhibition Venue and Official Events/Functions
- Complimentary City Tours
- A chance to participate in Pre and Post-Fam Tours at a special rate (Only For Fully/Semi-Hosted Buyers and Corporate Travel Managers)
Buyers must first meet the organisers’ validation criteria before they are qualified and confirmed for the Fully or Semi-Hosted Buyer packages.
Registration Fee:
- Fully-Hosted Buyer - US$300 (US$150 will be refunded subject to Buyer fulfilling 75% of ALL appointments)
- Semi-Hosted Buyer - US$250 (non-refundable)
- Fully-Hosted Corporate Travel Manager - US$100 (non-refundable)
