Flight Reimbursement
(Applicable only to reviewed cases approved by Organising Committee)
For any Buyer/Travel Manager/Media/Speaker who is entitled to flight reimbursement, please prepare the following documents for reimbursement on site. Documents must be presented to TCEB staff at the TCEB reimbursement counter (Foyer, Level 1, PEACH).
1. Acknowledgement letter (issued by TTG Asia Media)
2. Original Receipt of the Airfare paid
3. Copy of Air Ticket
4. Copy of Passport (Original passport needed for verification on site)
Reimbursement will be made in Thai Baht.
Dates for reimbursement: 11 to 13 October 2005 only.
