** FROM CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGERS TO IT&CMA EXHIBITORS ONLY
For the first time, pre-scheduled appointments will be made available to Corporate Travel Managers at IT&CMA/CTW 2005 through the Online Diary.

This online system allows a one-way request from Corporate Travel Managers to make up to 10 appointments with IT&CMA exhibitors. Corporate Travel Managers will fulfill these appointments during the time allotted to visit the IT&CMA exhibition. Every appointment fulfilled will earn a stamp in the CTW Passport, contributing to the total of 20 stamps required for Corporate Travel Managers to qualify for the Hosting Programme in 2006 (Corporate Travel Managers can earn the other 10 stamps during the CTW Table-Top Exhibition on Day 1).
