The Doublebill Event
TTG Asia Media, the organiser of leading niche events in the region - CTW (Corporate Travel World Asia-Pacific) and IT&CMA (Incentive Travel & Conventions, Meetings Asia), will be co-locating the two shows in Pattaya, Thailand from 11-13 October 2005.

Now in its 13th year, IT&CMA is the region's premier meetings and incentive travel show and is attended by some 1,500 delegates from more than 39 countries. IT&CMA is a platform for promoting the Asia-Pacific region as a MICE (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions & Exhibitions) destination as well as a source for MICE visitors.

Now in its 8th year, CTW is a two-day conference and exhibition on Travel & Entertainment (T&E) management for the Asia-Pacific region. It is a platform for hundreds of corporate travel managers, travel agencies and suppliers to meet and discuss the impact of global and regional issues on the development of business travel into and out of the region.

Both suppliers and buyers in the MICE and Corporate Travel industries can expect to maximise their time and resources at the Doublebill event (two shows in one location).

2005 Programme Highlights
Get ready to loosen your ties, slip off your shoes for sandals, and exchange your conservative suits for sporty casuals. In 2005, the much-anticipated combined trade shows of IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific travel south from bustling Bangkok to the exciting beach resort of Pattaya.

IT&CMA/CTW 2005 promises to be an exciting, all-encompassing event geared to meet the needs of exhibitors, delegates and visitors. For three, action-filled days from 11-13 October 2005, exhibitors and buyers the world over will converge, exchanging ideas, negotiating deals, and widening mental and physical horizons.

    MICE and corporate travel suppliers from Asia-Pacific and beyond will showcase their products and services to international buyers and corporate travel managers under one roof. It is an opportunity for exhibitors to show off an exciting and diverse range of destinations, airlines, itineraries and ideas to give buyers and their clients the experiences of their lifetime!

    Over the years, IT&CMA and CTW - two focused shows - have grown in size and stature, attracting quality buyers and travel managers from the trade, corporate and association sectors. IT&CMA sells Asia-Pacific to the World and the World to Asia-Pacific. The region remains exciting and strong as a source and destination of visitors for the MICE industry. CTW is the first and best ROI (Return on Investment) event on Travel and Entertainment management for travel managers in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Pre-Scheduled and Onsite Appointments

    Pre-Scheduled Appointments
    Registered buyers and sellers will receive a list of exhibitors and buyers respectively before the show. They are required to select through the online system the companies / persons on the list whom they would like to meet, ranking in order of their preferences. These choices are then submitted to the organisers for computerised matching in the following order:

    1. Perfect Matches - as long as a buyer and a seller have indicated their mutual interest to meet each other, regardless of the ranking they have accorded each other.
    2. Buyer’s Preferences - a buyer who has indicated an interest in meeting a seller will be given an appointment.
    3. Seller’s Preferences - a seller who has indicated an interest in meeting a buyer will be given an appointment.
    Up to 60 per cent of a delegate’s appointments schedule will be pre-scheduled.

     
     
    Onsite Appointments
    Buyers and sellers will make the remaining 40 per cent of their appointments schedule personally during the on-site Sellers-Meet-Buyers (SMB) and Buyers-Meet-Sellers (BMS) Appointment Sessions.These two sessions offer buyers and sellers the flexibility of making appointments with exhibitors or buyers they wish to see at the last minute or with whom they have not been successfully matched.

    IT&CMA and CTW conference, seminars and workshops serve as an educational platform for both delegates and suppliers. It is also an excellent opportunity to hear international speakers, prominent industry professionals, and associations share and exchange their worldwide perspectives and experiences on topics and issues affecting the MICE and corporate travel industries.

     
     

  • Social/Networking Functions
  • IT&CMA and CTW 2005 will offer plenty of networking opportunities ranging from sporting and social events, experiential training activities to late night functions. These events allow delegates to mingle, network and build friendships and business relationships.

  • Pre & Post-Show Tours
  •  
     

    Post-show Familiarisation Tours are excellent ways to allow buyers and corporate travel managers to personally experience the destinations, products and services that the host country and neighbouring countries have to offer. Only Fully or Semi-Hosted Buyers, Corporate Travel Managers and Media will be entitled to participate in the Post-Fam Tours at a minimal cost. All registered delegates can join the complimentary Pre-show City Tours.
